Tiffany goes above and beyond for our residents. She takes residents for walks and encourages them to try to maintain as much independence as possible. Tiffany cares greatly for our residents in their own unique ways. Tiffany works within our memory care assisted living facility as well as our HUD building, which provides catered living. She is able to build a trusting bond with residents as well as their families and makes everyone feel heard as well as comforted. She helps our catered living clients achieve goals that they set out for themselves and encourages them to keep moving forward in their progress. She is also willing to help out in any way she can, whether it is by stepping up on the floor and doing ADL care or helping staff manage difficult behaviors with our dementia residents. Tiffany handles all of these situations with grace and integrity while maintaining our residents’ dignity.
