Tiffany Rowland, RN

My son was born early at 27 weeks, and was in the NICU was 75 days in total. After our son had Tiffany as his nurse, my husband and I knew we wanted her to be his primary nurse on the days she was working. Tiffany always made my husband and I feel comfortable in the fact that we knew when we weren’t able to be at the hospital, he was getting exceptional care by her. She was patient with us when we asked a million questions and always went out of their way to explain things until we fully understood what was happening.

Tiffany showed our baby love as if he was hers and that made my heart so happy. She was kind and caring and thorough. She advocated for us and our baby when they thought something was wrong or could be done in a better way. Tiffany cheered us on when we hit milestones and I can say discharging home with our baby was the best feeling, but we were also sad to be leaving Tiffany. She was a bright light on some very hard days.
