Nurses can really impact the tone of your visit right out of the gate. Of course, Tiffany carried herself with the upbeat, cheerful attitude I particularly like, but what impressed me was how she managed to do that and multiple other things at the same time. The way she communicated and assisted others on the team. In observing her while she worked and listening to her when she was helping in other areas, she really genuinely cares about not only her patients, but patients in general. You may already know this, but if you don’t, maybe sneak in and observe her sometime, and you’ll get it.
