Tiffany never fails to go above and beyond at every shift. Tiffany has a caring way that she takes excellent care of not only her patients but has become a great leader and charge RN in the ED and ensures the entire department is taken care of. Tiffany has great skills and bedside manner and I hear her over and over comfort her patients, ensuring they understand and take part in their care and answer any question they may have.

She has countless times stopped what she's doing and explain something to me and shown where things are. She's been very kind and understanding, super helpful.

Tiffany is a dedicated nurse that has grown in the ED with our team. She is a strong charge nurse that always puts the needs of the staff and patients first. Tiffany will pick up shifts, stay over, and emotionally support her team. She is consistent and caring. The patients always brag on Tiffany's kind bedside manner. They say she is the sweetest. She is a hard worker and never stops moving herself and motivating her team.

Tiffany was our nurse tonight and she had the biggest smile on her face. She made me and my daughter feel better about our granddaughter's care as soon as we met Tiffany. Our granddaughter broker her arm and Tiffany helped us to understand the plan for her care and gave her pain medication as soon as we got into our room. She had a calming tone in her voice and she made a bad situation seem like a good one once we were done. Your hospital is lucky to have a precious nurse like her.

Tiffany goes above and beyond to make sure that the ER runs smoothly on nights that she is working. She makes sure that patients are taken care of in a timely manner and makes sure staff works together to see this is achieved. She is an excellent asset to CRMC ER. I enjoy working alongside her and she makes a shift go by much more smoothly.

Tiffany really stepped up when I was in panic mode over something not so serious but seemed serious to me at that moment and really helped my situation! I want to thank her for always taking those few extra minutes.
