Tiffany was very understanding and caring during our ER visit. We have a daughter with cerebral palsy. She also has a son with special needs and was able to give us a lot of local resources to help us. She didn't need to give us this information, but she chose to, and it was very helpful. She was able to connect us to a social worker and give us various phone numbers of people to contact for more resources, as well as questions. She has been so helpful and understanding and it really meant a lot to have someone empathize and who knows what we are going through.
