I brought my son into the ER recently for acute abdominal pain. We were blessed to hit the ER at a time when it was slow, and also blessed to have Tiffany assigned as our nurse. I have never seen my child in so much pain. As his pain worsened, Tiffany worked quickly and skillfully to assess and care for him while still maintaining a serenity and self maintaining a serenity and self-confidence that helped to keep us calm.

Tiffany never left us for more than a few moments and then it was just to go for meds or supplies. She pretty much stayed right with us for 6 hours straight, as my son ended up requiring an invasive procedure with moderate sedation. I have never appreciated a nurse more, as Tiffany no only kept my son calm and comfortable, she kept ME calm as well. By the time my son's pain was finally relieved, I was physically and emotionally exhausted but talking to Tiffany helped me keep it together. Her skill and expertise, combined with her caring and compassion help Tiffany to represent they very best of nursing.
