After 2 falls my mom had a stroke and ended up on this floor again. I was totally depressed, and my mom was out of it. Every time Tiffany came into the room, she gave my mom and I hope with her smiling face and positive attitude. She was so precious with my mom and made the stroke analysis more of a game with my mom than a chore. Mom's speech improved because of Tiffany's encouragement and help. It made such a difference in my mom's attitude. She was teary when she came into the hospital and was ready to give up, but Tiffany turned her around. I am so thankful for this angel. She made a very difficult time ok, and when I was teary, she was there for me as well. She has everything a great nurse needs: a beautiful smile, a bright mind, a positive attitude, an unending willingness, and an amazing amount of compassion. She is a keeper for BSA! What a blessing she was for us.
