Tiffany was nominated by her colleague for always being cool, calm, and collected especially during emergencies. In a busy emergency department, having someone you can look up to for mentorship and guidance is key, and other novice nurses are able to utilize her for assistance. Her colleague stated, "Tiffany is tough but fair. When it comes to her staff, Tiffany doesn't hesitate to help. There have been many times I have been flustered and unsure of what to do next. She has never left me stranded and no matter the question, Tiffany is always willing to give a teaching moment."
