I was an overnight admission after sinus surgery. I was very uncomfortable, and everything was sore. Tiffany came in with a smile and asked me how I was every single time. She asked what she could do for me and was always a step ahead anticipating my needs, always concerned about me and my health. She worked so hard to care for my roommate and me, he was a handful for sure, but she was professional and caring in every way. No matter what the circumstance or challenge she greeted us with a polite, kind smile.
I feel the nurses do not get the recognition that they deserve. As a firefighter, I have seen the difference that nurses make, and the dedication they have to their patients and their job. Tiffany is top notch and was really the reason my surgery was successful, and my stay was pleasant. I could not have asked for better nursing care for myself or the other patients in the ward. We are blessed to have her caring for us.
