Tilnetta received a nomination from a Veteran’s family:
Tilnetta takes care of my husband who has acute dementia. One of the most outstanding qualities is her compassion for M and her compassion for me. She always greets me with a huge hug and then she goes into detail about my M and what has been happening in his life. She uses terms and examples that I understand. She always has time for questions and explanations. It amazes me that she takes such a personal interest in my husband- his medical condition as well as his dignity. She is always full of energy and has a positive attitude about my M. She makes me smile because I know M is getting wonderful care. This lady deserves a kindness medal.
