Tim always took time to talk to my mom as a person, not just as a clinical patient. He was in the hospital on his days off visiting his sick wife and stopped every day to check in on my mom. When she was diagnosed with cancer and moved to oncology, he came to see her there (not his area and on his own time) to see if she was ok. His caring approach moved us to tears!
