Tim always responded immediately. He explained procedures that were being done on me. He took the time to talk, never appeared to be in a rush. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He arranged to have a commode brought into my room when I was struggling with the bedpan—what a relief! He had a good sense of humor which helps to cheer one up when not feeling good. He ordered meals for me a couple of times when I was struggling with the phone. A pleasant young man who is an expert at his job. The entire group was very good, congenial, and professional but Tim was outstanding!
It's the little things that make the world of a difference. I've been to the hospital numerous times and I have had many good nurses. However, Tim sticks out to me. I've never had a better nurse or better care.
