I came into the hospital in pain and terrified. This young man kept my spirits up and brought laughter and joy into my life. I will always be grateful for his kindness and caring. He even came to see me in the Step-Down Unit the day I left to wish me well. I could not ever ask for better care. He is like the jewel in the crown here, and you need thousands more just like him.
