Tim was nominated by one of the Float Pool Nurses that works with him on occasion in the ICU, who writes:

Tim is a charge nurse in the ICU. He is always happy, compassionate, supportive, helpful and educational to his colleagues. He always checks on every patient. He is very kind and compassionate to every patient and their family members. When work is busy and frustrating, he is always there to assist. He is even willing to run to other departments to assist when there is a need. He is one of the most caring and supportive people I have ever worked with. He is good for our patients and their helpers!
