Here is what the staff in the Emergency Department (ED) & community medic had to say about Tim’s dedication to nursing, and to his patients and families:
“I received a call today from a medic that transported a patient to our ED. The gentleman was homeless and the place he had found to call home did not have any running water or utilities. The medic reported that Tim treated this patient with dignity and respect and didn’t even make the patient feel as though he was a burden. Tim also assisted the patient to receive a shower while remaining respectful and caring to ensure the patient maintained his dignity.”
“A patient arrived at the ED without shoes on a cold and snowy morning. Tim gave the man a pair of his own shoes at discharge. This is typical Tim behavior.”
“Tim always has compassion for his patients and goes the extra mile. He always sees the good in everyone even while working in the ED.”
