Tim was extremely gentle and patient with all of us during this very tragic time. He showed empathy every time he spoke with us and handled all of our questions with ease. Tim's level of expertise comforted us to know our mom was in good hands.

While on vacation in Las Vegas, my wife suffered a cardiac arrest. Tim was my wife's nurse and showed the highest standard of professionalism and compassion when attending to my wife. He is self-aware and respectful and communicates with all of the family effectively. He has lots of patience under stress and is an enthusiastic professional who is deserving of this award.

From the beginning of this tragedy, Tim has been nothing short of amazing! He has been such a blessing through one of the most difficult times of our lives. He is very kind, caring, and empathetic. His patience and level of explaining medical terms in a way that we were able to comprehend was greatly appreciated.
