Tim showed compassion for my care as soon as he stepped into the room. He took the time to talk with me about my concerns and the appointment was not rushed. It was obvious that he had reviewed my chart notes and CT results with Dr. L before I even arrived.
Unfortunately, I was disheartened to learn that my husband would not be able to be with me in the hospital before and after my outpatient procedure due to COVID protocols. Tim eased my fears and was very compassionate and understanding of my feelings. He gave me his card and told me to call him directly with any questions or concerns and told me to share it with my husband that he could call him the day of the procedure to ask how things were progressing. It was very clear that Tim cares about his patients.
