From the second he walked into the room Tim was kind, compassionate, and provided comic relief which was just what we needed during such a stressful situation. Tim went out of his way to relate to our son, make him feel empowered about choices with the care plan, and he tried to make things into as fun of a "game" as they could be! Tim was also very attentive to our needs and emotions as stressed parents. He frequently checked on us to see what we needed. We are very grateful for the care that Tim provided. We hit the RN jackpot that day.

Today we came into the ER my daughter had a terrible terrible headache. After being checked in, Tim came in to administer her medication. I asked him a few questions to get to know him better as her nurse and he told me stories about himself and his Grandma. These stories warmed our hearts about his upbringing. To make the long story short, I appreciated the fact that Tim took very great care of my daughter. He told us (her) some valuable lessons about health and self-care. I never met a great caring and thoughtful nurse as Tim. Tim, thank you, thank you, thank you.
