Having Tim as my assigned nurse, I feel confident and comfortable that everything will be taken care of. Whenever he comes to see me in my room, I feel his care and strong connection with me. When the doctor told me the bad news, he listened and cried with me silently. He treated me like his own family member while demonstrating professionalism. He is very gentle and explained to me every little detail he did to me. I can see and feel that he is striving each day to meet my needs and expectations. Whenever I have concerns or questions, he makes sure to have answers for me. He keeps asking me if there is anything I need every time he comes to check on me. I rate him 10/10 for the care and attention he is giving me. I had a great experience in ARMC because of him and will be forever thankful for him. He attended to my emotional, psychological, and physical needs during my very difficult time. He makes my day by showing up to my room with a smile on his face and greets me happily. I feel his genuine and compassionate care towards me. I really love seeing him teaching a new nurse. He patiently went step by step, showing her the pain administration pump. He is very sincere and a great teacher. Tim is a very inspiring and caring nurse.
