I had the opportunity to assist Timothy with a member who became unresponsive during a call. Timothy could hear EMS at the door and the patient moaning. Timothy stayed on the line with the member; he reached out when he did not hear EMS enter the premises. I called back dispatch who confirmed EMS had left because no one answered the door. At that time, we requested a forced entry explaining RN could hear the member moaning in the background. EMS was re-dispatched, and RN heard them enter the premises and was able to disconnect. Excellent job Timothy!!!
