This letter originates from a patient and his girlfriend. The patient was seen in the emergency department hence having the awesome opportunity of receiving amazing service from a nurse who went above and beyond to help out his coworker who was my nurse during my stay. Timothy gave outstanding customer service beyond the minimal care that is expected. Timothy was friendly, helpful, compassionate, informative and very patient, along with being diligent and very competent in his duties and skills.

Although I was in excruciating pain when I arrived and as I departed, Timothy made my stay as comfortable as possible. There's nothing like the feeling of being valued and respected and Timothy superseded all of my expectations. Although Timothy works the night shift, he is a breath of fresh air and ray of sunshine.

Although my girlfriend was just there to support me, he took the time to explain the procedures and the test that were being administered so that she as well as I were informed about my care. If for any reason I must return to the department, I could only hope to receive care from him once again.
