Tim demonstrated caring and patience as he provided nursing care. He took time to explain my diagnosis and how one additional medication can help me. Tim even drew an illustration of how one heart functions which helped me to better understand the problems I am experiencing. He took time to get to know me as a person not just as a patient. He provided encouragement and talked with me about my fears. Tim provided reassurance and used humor to help me worry less about things. He is a calm and efficient nurse and anticipated my needs such as using a walker and preparing the chair so that I could sit up for a while. THANK YOU, Tim.
