Tina strives to provide safe, quality care and this is reflected by the positive comments her patients and family members mention during both leadership and charge nurse rounding on the unit. The comments received reflect how Tina keeps her patients informed, explains their medications and that she is always smiling and makes her patients and their families feel welcome.

A few months ago we had an elderly man who was a patient, Tina was concerned about his wife not leaving his bedside and not eating. Tina purchased a breakfast tray for our patient's wife and made arrangements to purchase meal trays for her until he was discharged. This is one example of the compassion and service that Tina provides.
