Tina D Colbert, RN

Tina displayed a can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills recently. The unit started the morning short-staffed but with open beds and 2 appropriate referrals including one from our own ED. Tina figured out how to utilize nursing staff to accommodate the existing patients and the 2 new admissions. Tina has excellent managerial and communication skills. She is a team player who is an asset to the Gero psych unit.
