Tina is an example of a nurse who performs her craft with knowledge, compassion, and respect for the patient. She cared for my sister during a difficult health crisis covering 2 hospitalizations. She was always encouraging but mostly she listened to the patient and family members. She did not put technology first and the patient second. She was always willing to answer questions and if she was unsure she would get the answer. She is truly an asset to your hospital and her profession.
