Tina exemplifies what it means to "go the extra inch". For several years she has purchased throws and on Christmas Eve she and her sons bring them to the patients. She wants to make sure everyone has a gift. She also has been known to bake cookies or cupcakes to help brighten a patient's day or share her food with a family member who missed lunch. She is the first to offer to assist in taking a patient to meet their ride, even if it means standing in the snow or rain. Her contagious smile is infectious. She does not go just an extra inch, she goes the mile!
