Tina Millingham has always stood out in my mind as being an exemplary nurse. Recently while I was resourcing on another floor, an RN needed help with a very difficult IV stick. I approached Tina and asked if she could help out. She immediately gave me report and went to help. She is so flexible, she never appears rattled. When she returned, she immediately checked all her patients and double checked my work. She noticed I had forgotten to chart a glucose level. Tina is very thorough and holds everyone to the highest standards. Tina has a fantastic rapport with fellow nurses, doctors, CNA's, UA's and most importantly, her patients. I strive to be as good a nurse and person as Tina.
