Tina Perez, RN

Tina is one of the most compassionate, hard-working Nurses I know. She is always going above and beyond for her patients, and never fails to help out a coworker in need, even if she is struggling rights along with them. I have had the pleasure of working with Tina for a few years now and I have yet to have a single bad experience with her. Tina has always been a team player and has always been there for me; not only as a coworker, but also as a friend. Tina puts her whole soul into everything she does here at UnityPoint. She never fails to show up with a smile on her face, no matter what kind of day she’s having. Having a coworker like Tina makes those hard days easier. If I were a patient here, I would want a Nurse like Tina…. One who is always there to hear me out, gives me a voice when I feel I don’t have one, and supports me when I need it most. Tina is most deserving of the DAISY Award! Thank you for being the amazing nurse you are Tina! You rock!
