They say that there are angels among us, and I found mine. My husband was seen at the Providence VA ER on Monday. We were there from 10:30 to 6:00 and could not find anything wrong with him. He was complaining of a severe headache and other symptoms. We were back there the following day, Tuesday, and nothing could be found. Wednesday morning my husband was extremely sick, and I called asking if I should take him back to the ER. Tina was my angel. She was so calm and extremely helpful. I explained everything to her, and she stated to call rescue. She even offered to call for me. At the ER Kent Hospital, I was told that my husband was extremely sick and got there just in time. He was diagnosed with meningitis. 

If it wasn't for Tina's quick response, professionalism, dedication, and knowledge I shudder to think of what could have happened. Thank you so much Tina, May God Bless, YOU are an angel!
