Tina knew exactly how scared I was. She walked me through every procedure and every detail of what was happening and what was going to happen. I'm beyond nervous around medical personnel and she put me at ease. I cannot thank her enough. She is what every nurse should be - caring, understanding, and empathetic to the patient's needs. In my opinion - she exceeded all of these.
