Tina consistently surpasses her job responsibilities, showcasing exceptional nursing skills and a wealth of knowledge. She goes the extra mile by willingly sharing her expertise with colleagues and extending a helping hand whenever needed. Tina played a crucial role in involving Good Shepherd in the One Stop Shop Christmas initiative, contributing to fundraising efforts to provide feminine hygiene products to young females in need. Notably, a patient's daughter reached out to the administration to express her gratitude for Tina. In a heartfelt moment, even before the daughter arrived at the facility where her very ill father was in the ER, she could hear Tina reassuring him. Tina conveyed that he was in excellent hands and would receive the utmost care. The daughter credited Tina's comforting words for bringing her peace of mind and ultimately contributing to her father's life being saved. From my personal perspective, I am confident that if a family member of mine were in the ER during Tina's shift, they would receive care as though they were her own loved ones.
