Tina is an outstanding asset to the team on 7 South. Patients, nurses, and all members of the team feel a sense of calm when she is in charge. She makes herself readily available to help everyone during her shift, and often will take a patient assignment while serving as the charge nurse when she feels her staff is especially busy. She is so knowledgeable and there are not enough words to describe how thankful I am to have her as a colleague, friend, and mentor.

I have had the privilege of working with Tina since she was a brand new nurse. Tina is the ultimate charge nurse. She is always looking out for the patients and her co-workers. We are so proud to have Tina as a leader on our team.
