Ms. Sutton was such a joy after a tired, long, scary night with my son in the hospital. She was willing to help any way she could. She was knowledgeable and willing to explain anything we had a question on. She did not rush us when it was time to leave. She was organized AND, most of all, she was very attentive to my son, the patient. She has a natural ability to relate to children. Thank you, Tina, for the goodness you shared with our family during our time at Cook Children's.
