I walked into the ER with very painful gasoline burns to my face and upper neck. The entire staff was exceptional with their care and kindness. After I saw a physician and my pain and burns were tended to, I received the most amazing gift from Tina Thomas. Before my accident, I had hair just below my shoulders. Needless to say, I burned a great deal of it off, especially around my face. After my immediate needs were tended to, Tina came into my room and asked if I would like for her to cut my hair. She said she was a hairdresser for 30 years. My answer was an immediate, "yes, please" as the smell alone was disgusting. Tina did an amazing job with crude tools and a mess on my head. What a blessing. Since then, I have had many compliments on my "ER haircut". I cannot thank her and the entire staff enough for their help and great care.
