Tina Walny is nothing short of amazing. Tina was the first nurse on theunit to obtain the CNIII status. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable in stressful situations by her down to earth, calming, welcoming presence. She is respected by patients, families, peer group, and new staff on the unit. She is a frequent charge nurse and preceptor. She was the chair of the unit PNC and was a unit rep on the hospital PPC. She is nothing short of amazing.
