Tina Wells made all the difference in our experience here at Celebration Hospital. She has a genuine love and kindness for her patients which shows in the timely fashion she gets things done and her interaction with the patient. This was our admission to a hospital and did not know what to expect. She took over an hour by my husband's beside answering all of our questions and dealing with the frustrations we had. She is a proactive nurse. She also helped the other nurses caring for my husband to be better at their job. She knows her field and she is happy to share her knowledge to help others. She is confident and she was able to instill that same confidence in us as the patient. Nursing is more than a job to her, she cares about people and shows she actually wants to help. Her good communication with the nurses and patients makes her job a success. This floor runs smoothly because of her management. She takes pride in her team. Her example is one to imitate as a nurse.
