Tinesrit went above and beyond as a charge nurse for two nights in a row and never let the staff get behind. She constantly supported her team, even going above and beyond as a charge and helping the team members with critical situations, even without them asking. As a float nurse, I felt extremely supported by her when my patient had a rapid response. She never left my patient or me when his situation was acute. She even escalated to the proper management about this patient as though he was her own. Tinsrit is an excellent charge nurse and leader.
