I came to visit an ENT doctor at NMC Almajaz due to nasal bleeding.  Immediately, the nurse, Ms. Tinju, made me comfortable position to sit -in an upright position and took the necessary action to stop the bleeding. She called the doctor, and with teamwork and professional knowledge and skills, the bleeding stopped. She explained the whole procedure to me and gave me more confidence and awareness of what to do if it happened at any time.

I have been visiting The NMC Clinic for the past five years, and I have seen several doctors and nurses during this time. However, this is the first time I feel very safe, confident, and comfortable, and all credit goes to Mrs. Tinju. She takes care of me very well and arranges the consultation as early as possible. She showed exceptional attention to detail through precision and accuracy in her duty.

Thank you isn’t enough but have to say it anyway. She is the one of the best nurse that I have seen recently.  She is actually doing a service to the patients who is visiting in this clinic. I really appreciate the way that she spoke politely and respect her mannerisms. Once again, I wish her all the very best in the future and in her life.
