Our story starts with the special twinkle in our nurse's eyes. When I got admitted into delivery late that night, Tish came in with the sweetest welcome. Because of COVID-19, everyone was in a mask, but even with the mask on, I could see her beautiful, warm, friendly face. Her presence made me feel comfortable. Tish stayed with me through the whole delivery, encouraging me to do my best and that the end was near. She also helped my husband out and talked with him about how he can help me and educated him on the process.

After delivery when everything is a blur and we got taken to our recovery room, she ended up staying overtime and was able to be with me and the baby for the first three hours after delivery. That was very special for me because I felt very well taken care of and with her being by my side the whole time it was 20 out of 10 service. She has demonstrated beyond amazing care for me and my family. She has also exceeded my expectations. Tish you are wonderful and I wish that everyone has a great experience at Kaiser.
