On a daily basis, this nurse goes above and beyond to help other nurses and patients. There was an instance where he went to the lobby to help with a “hard stick” and while helping start the IV, he also stepped in and assisted with code gray incident; using his calming presence and listening to the patient's concerns. He is truly a hero every day and deserves to be recognized. Thank you.
