Tobe was extremely nice to my son, husband, visitors and myself. She solved any problems I had and was very on top of her job. She was very knowledgeable about everything she did. Went above and beyond to treat me and wasn't even my scheduled nurse. I have been to several different hospitals and met quite a few nurses and a lot of good nurses. However, Tobe is the best nurse I have ever had.

I started off having the worst day ever. First, she wasn't my nurse she was just helping my nurse because she was busy at the time. She was very pleasant and came up with a way to try and make my situation better and also went above and beyond so my husband didn't have to spend all day getting ahold of my doctor. She gave me my shot and she made me comfortable as I hate needles. She also did several more things throughout the day for my husband and me. Also, she was training someone or had someone "shadowing" her. I think that is the perfect position for her! Anyone that is going to work on this unit should be trained by her! She was perfect.

Tobe always followed through with what she said and did so in a very timely fashion. She took time from what she was doing to stop and ask me if something was wrong. When she found out, she went out of her way to call my doctor and have medication faxed to the pharmacy for when I left.

She showed me so many different ways of doing things with my baby that I didn't know (and I have 3 kids). It was nice to have someone explain things in a way that doesn't make you feel like they think you are dumb.
