Todd was my initial pm nurse when I was admitted to the telemetry unit. I was seriously in a great deal of pain, disoriented. Todd was instrumental in alleviating my concerns about my treatment and care by providing me with comprehensible and understandable explanations of medicines, treatments, and operations.

Todd is very knowledgeable in his field to for see forthcoming occurrences and addressing such in a timely manner. When situations occurred outside of Todd's realm of authorized action, he quickly accessed those in the medical hierarchy obtaining prompt solutions.

Though it was obvious Todd remained extremely busy in providing care to his charges throughout the telemetry unit, he always took time to answer all my questions completely in a manner easily understood by me. He always cheerfully complied with my personal requests - always had time to offer a friendly smile and a kind word.

I will be leaving Brack this day and while glad to do so, I will feel I'm leaving a new found friend in Todd. He has been extremely integral in my care and recovery.
