My CICU nurse was fabulous throughout my stay. Both pre and post-op. His kindness about this process was invaluable. He consistently went above and beyond, and I wanted for nothing during his shifts. I am grateful to have had him to support and guide me through this potentially difficult time. Todd is consistently mentioned during Ambassador rounding for his care delivery and compassion. When a great story is related, the leadership team has come to recognize that the patients MUST be talking about Todd based on the details.
