Todd is a very kind and understanding guy. He is professional and goes the extra mile to see you're well taken care of. He makes sure you're comfortable and explains what is happening and the situation of your care at Self Regional. Has a good attitude and smile on his face and makes you feel your care is in good hands. Whenever Todd is one of the nurses to enter my room I know I'm going to be well taken care of.
