My patient was threatening and not cooperative, yelling and screaming, including the patient's family via phone call. I was struggling with the issue and trying to control the situation but with no success. Tom called and controlled the situation in less than 5 minutes. I really appreciate Tom and the way he handled the situation, not leaving me in an uncomfortable situation. I wish we have more co-workers and management like Tom. Thank you with a big smile.
