Tom Fowler, RN

When I returned from surgery, Tom made me feel confident and well cared for as he took charge, making sure that I was comfortable with a pillow placed below my arm, the bed at the proper setting, warm from an unusual number of blankets I needed, meds and fluids immediately attended to - basically in total charge of making sure my every need and preference were attended to efficiently and with kind care. He reassured my daughters by giving them information and generally made the transition from surgery back to my room seamless and without any discomfort or concern on my part. Overall, he was on top of his game throughout my care under his attention. Tom's care was nurturing.
