Tom Hartenstein is such a wonderful addition to our outpatient staff. He is happy-go-lucky, a great team player and the kids love him! He has a kind gentle nature that the kids can see that decreases their fear and puts them at ease. We are constantly being asked, "Where's Tom?" He does a special dance that one of our teen cancer patients just thinks is hysterical. He is very deserving of a DAISY Award.
