He was amazing. Very encouraging and uplifting. He truly seemed to listen to my worries and didn’t brush them off. He was amazing with my 7-year-old, too, made him laugh, and made sure we were comfortable. There was a moment I got upset, as a mother, it’s hard when your babies are sick, and especially on Christmas. He immediately encouraged me and told me how great a job I was doing taking care of my son and myself, despite both of us being sick. This world needs more people like him, and I know my husband and I needed his encouragement today, too. Thank you so much, Mr. Thomas, you truly were amazing. A heart for people like that and for your job deserves to be noticed.
