Tom Miller is an awesome nurse who has been here for many years. He was being nominated for going above and beyond the call of "duty"! Tom was not afraid of going toilet diving for his patient! He was kind enough to fish her teeth that she had apparently swallowed and passed them all the way through. He made sure to take extra time to be sure they were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for her also. The patient was grateful that he saver her a lot of money. The same patient had a respiratory event later in his shift. Tom was able to call a rapid response to get her the care she needed. Tom is one of our best nurses that wears many hats along with his cape!
