Tom goes over and above the expectations of a nurse. His kindness, compassion, patience, empathy, and understanding toward his patients are incredible. My mom was admitted for 4 days under his care. One evening I called in from home to ask questions and he explained her conditions to me and put my mind at ease that I had a restful night. My daughter and I stayed the evening prior to my mom's passing. Tom was always there to check on us make sure we were comfortable. He answered our questions even if they were over and over again. The morning that my mom passed he sincerely helped my daughter and me get through a difficult time of sadness. His dedication to taking care of my mom was incredible and unforgettable. I truly want to thank Tom for his deep kindness towards my family. He definitely is a nurse that is extraordinary, a true DAISY Nurse.
